Classroom Teachers and Instructional Aides*

Castleberry ISD teachers and instructional aides* are eligible to earn up to an additional $2,800 for the 2023-2024 school year! Eligibility restarts every six weeks and the incentive amount increases each six weeks.  
*Only classroom teachers and instructional aides who require a substitute when absent are eligible.

Employees with perfect attendance for the entire school year -- August 9, 2023 through May 24, 2024 -- will earn an extra $700!
